Fire Officers


SPTL provides experienced Fire Officers to ensure life safety at your facility.

A Fire Officer checks the Fire load of the building and analyses the Fire
Safety Requirements at requisite areas. He conducts regular checks of the installed Fire Systems and marks its robustness/ readiness of fire fighting equipments in case of Fire. He conducts fire mock drills to educate the occupants on the process to be followed in case of Fire.

In Case of Emergency a Fire Officer:

  • Leads The Team and assumes a whole new set of duties and responsibilities at emergency incidents. Assumes command, make decisions and clearly communicates assignment under stress and work within the incident command system to provide a safe and effective response.  He ensures safety of the occupants and shows them the way to the safe assembly zone
